wobbler program
the littlest feet make the biggest footprints in our hearts!
Much like our infant class, the Wobbler class is a step up for those infants between the ages of 13 months and 17 months who are learning to walk, but still wobbling. We have worked hard to create a safe and nurturing environment for each child to learn and grow. Seperating our mobile and non-mobile infants has shown to increase the rate of which our infants are walking!

A wobblers day
The experiences infants have during the early months and years of life are crucial to healthy brain development. Lots of personal attention and interaction between our teachers and your infants will promote basic cognitive and social skills. Singing, reading and talking are just some of the behaviors that support development during this critical stage. Meadowbrook Preschools efforts in creating a safe and comfortable environment enables your child to grow in confidence and learn to walk tall in their new world.
Physical development
Physical development of coordinated motor skills is a large part of a childs first few years. Physical activities help build strength and motor coordination with daily experiences that allow infants to practice fine-motor skills, hand/eye coordination, hand and full body movement, walking and more.
Brain development
Infants begin to use and integrate their senses right away to explore their new world. Many different brain development activities allow children to use one or more of their developing senses related to memory, spatial orientation, and cause and effect. Music, speech, sign language, colors, and much more will be a part of your childs daily routine to help their brain development.
communication development
A foundation for reading success begins as early as the first few months of life. Introducing toddlers to books and language nourishes early literacy development. Toddlers focus on first words and phrases, vocabulary development, following simple directions, and identifying and naming familiar items.
Creative arts
Exploring art materials and experiencing music, dance, and drama enrich the classroom. Our experienced teachers reinforce important developmental objectives through these creative, fun experiences. Creative Arts activities are designed to introduce toddlers to cause and effect, self-expression through art and music, and taking on pretend roles.
