The first five years of a child's life are a crucial time for physical, intellectual, and social-emotional development. During this time, children's brains develop faster than at any other time in their lives, and they grow rapidly in other ways, too, such as physical and motor skills and growth. We wanted to create an environment that was safe, faith-driven, and supportive of each childs needs during this crucial time.

Michelle, also known as Lolli, began Meadowbrook Preschool because she saw the need for not only childcare, but family and community. Michelle's dream with Meadowbrook Preschool was to offer much more than childcare, but an environment where each and every family and child feels welcome, loved, and supported. Our care does not end with the children, we love our families, too! Michelle graduated from Bish Mathis Institute with an Associates of Business Administration
Brenda Davis
Co-Founder
Brenda , also known as Nanny, has taken a step back from daily operations to focus on her health and family. However, Brenda believed in Michelle's dream and helped in building Meadowbrook Preschool with her extensive knowledge in business and community.
McKinley Trice
Director
McKinley was in the first graduating Pre-K class at Meadowbrook Preschool, with us from the beginning, she has grown her love of childcare within our walls. McKinley has an interest in nature-based play and learning, and creating an environment in which every child feels welcome.
McKinley graduated from Tyler Junior College with an Associates of Arts in Mass Communications.

My name is Michelle Gregg and I am the Administrator of Meadowbrook Preschool and Children’s Center. I have been married to my husband Shane since 1990. Shane and I have three children: Meredith, Mason & McKinley. We have lived in Kilgore for 15 years, although my husband was born and raised in Kilgore. We are active members of The Church at Lake Cherokee.
I graduated from Pine Tree High School in 1988. I graduated from The Bish Mathis Institute of Business in 1991 with a degree in Business Administration. I obtained my Administrator’s Credential form The Early Childhood Management Institute 3 ½ years ago.
I have been active in children and youth programs since my daughter Meredith was born. I have served on many preschool and school parent organizations. I served in every capacity of The P.R.E.P School Parents Organization, the Preschool at First Christian Church, Longview. I served in numerous committees at The Trinity School of Texas where my children attended for many years. I have served on the PTA for Kilgore Heights Elementary and Maude Laird Middle School (now Kilgore Middle School). I have also been a youth sponsor for my church as well as active in the children’s ministry.
I have always loved working with and around children. My goal as the Administrator of your child’s preschool is to provide a nurturing, safe, learning environment for all children. I want our preschool to be the very best and model Christian values and instill a sense of belonging among all my preschoolers. I want to instill the love of learning at the earliest possible age.
I want to thank each and every one of my parents for trusting your child with my staff and me. I want each of you to know that I am committed to each of my students and want to create a lifelong relationship with you and your child. We want to make a lasting memory for your child. We want them to remember their preschool days at Meadowbrook.
I want each of you to feel comfortable enough to call me with your questions, concerns and suggestions. Once again, thank you for sharing your child with us.
